HydroHeat is Australia’s leading supplier of hydronic heating equipment to the residential and commercial sectors. HydroHeat came to us as an established existing business needing a complete rebrand of the company and rebuild of the ageing but extensive existing website – two of the things we do best.
After a comprehensive brand audit and considerable research into the hydronic heating industry, the Tangent team got to work creating a fresh new look that tapped into who HydroHeat are and what they do. This was then applied to immediate collateral for use across marketing and branding channels.
Next up was rebuild of the existing website in both form and functionality. The website was a key business tool to communicate with customers and provide critical resources such as product range specification information and product usage instructions. Both the rebrand and website rebuild were met with positive client feedback and transformed HydroHeat's brand perception and positioning within the industry.
Ongoing brand management includes online content management, printed promotional collateral, email EDM communications with the customer base and content creation and ongoing strategy and planning.
The content is tailored to both communicate with trade contractors, as well as to provide valuable information to end users to inform their choices and create push back marketing.
