Under new ownership, the directors approached Tangent to step in and curate the rebrand. As the core function of Redwoods operations had not changed but been modernised, the key proposition of handcrafted timber windows and doors was retained, with the new brand and collateral being built around this to lean into that rarest of assets in an increasingly automated world; ‘craftmanship’.
Once the rebrand was finalised, this was rolled out to a new online presence as the key asset and folio of work. The website leveraged the stunning new projects recently completed, with a location photoshoot undertaken to capture new hero projects. The new owners prior experience in managing and delivering large projects was evident in the improved quality and incredible attention to detail of the projects.
Providing custom manufacturing to specification for homeowners as well as builders and architects is a key service offering that larger window manufacturers can’t match and a unique part of the Redwood offering. Now that the offer is well communicated and taken to market the word is spreading about Redwoods revamped offer and business has been steadliy growing.
