Rebrand and eCommerce build for Dontex Performance, Australia’s premier workshop for Jeep, RAM, Dodge and Chrysler modifications and upgrades. Dontex is a family owned and operated business, and it's the genuine passion and commitment form the directors that drives the business success.
When new owners Lee and Natalie took over an existing workshop business, their intention was to build something new that leveraged Lee's prior experience in the atuomotive industry managing large dealership workshops, and played to his passion for hi-end performance.
Providing a personal and tailored customer experience that dealerships can't is a key aspect of the Dontex Performance offering. A brand revamp was required to reflect this, and also a whole new eCommerce platform to service Dontex's growing business in aftermarket auto parts.
As the word spread about Dontex, and their builds achieved recognition in the high performance auto scene, business quickly grew. Tangent were tasked to understand how the business was evolving and then translate this through the new brand language and online presence, creating messaging in a seamless eComm platform that promotes the Dontex Performance upgrade packages as well as the online part sales (catalogue in excess of 290 skews).
